If upon arrival the garden size is larger than selected, or the amount of waste exceeds what would be expected for the number of dogs stated, an additional charge may apply. What do you do with the waste?
All waste is collected and disposed of responsibly and in accordance with Environment Agency guidelines.
What if my garden is larger than 300sqm?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime with 7 days notice through your account or by emailing services@iron-paw.co.uk.
What happens if I need to skip a week?
Contact us at services@iron-paw.co.uk at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit and we will arrange to skip that week.
What time will you arrive?
Your booking time is an estimated arrival time. We always aim to arrive as close to your booked time as possible, however as a mobile service occasional delays can occur. We will contact you if we are running significantly late.
Do I need to be home for my visit?
You do not need to be home as long as we have access to your garden. However please ensure all dogs are kept inside or securely away from the garden during our visit for the safety of both your pets and our operative. Failure to do so may result in the visit being unable to proceed.
